Wholesale Terms

Minimum Orders:

There is a $250 minimum spend and a 3-piece per style minimum on your initial order.

There are no minimums on subsequent orders.

Submitting Orders:

All orders are processed through our website through the ‘Wholesale’ Section. Once you have been approved as a stockist you will be issued with a login and password, which will give you access to our online wholesale ordering system.

Shipping:

Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of each product and added to your order at checkout. You may select from Regular or Express Shipping and there is also the option for free local pick-up.

All international taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the retailer.

Turn-Around Time:

Orders are filled and despatched within 1-2 business days from the day you order. The only exception to this is weekends and public holidays.

Backorders:

Only those products which are in stock and available for purchase will be listed on our website. Due to the limited production of all our designs, repeats are rarely available.

Indent:

Choosing your own exclusive style/fabric combination is subject to a minimum order of 12 pieces per style.

A deposit of 50% is required for exclusive indent orders.

Delivery times are within 8 -12 weeks from the date of ordering.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please let us know immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order if damaged, incorrect, or unordered items have been sent with your delivery.

Each of our products undergoes quality checks however we also urge you to also inspect all the items in your shipment carefully for defects.

We are happy to issue replacements when the defects are reported to us within 2 weeks of you receiving your shipment.

Returns:

If you are returning a faulty product, please ensure that you contact us by email first explaining the quality issue prior to returning it – ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging. Please treat your return just like a return in your own store.

Payment:

All prices are in Australian dollars and do not currently include GST.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex, and all payments are made securely through our website via PayPal.

Siren Clothing does not hold credit card information.

Resale of Siren Clothing Products:

You will find our recommended retail price on all our products on our website. This is a guide; you are welcome to set your own retail price and mark-up however we strongly advise that all items are sold at a reasonable retail markup.

Removing Siren Clothing Labels:

All Siren Clothing labels are to always remain on our products.

Sale Items:

We reserve the right to hold sales on any products in our online store at any time.

Free Shipping in Australia when you spend over $175 online.
Free International Shipping when you spend over $250 online.
